Foreign firms utilige the cattle bile stones for manufacturing the high-quality drugs. The Russian meat-proccessing plants and slaughter-houses, until recently hare considered these bile stones as the mere by-product waste. Within the gall-bludders, bile ductules, connecting gall-bludder to liver, as well as inside the livers of the infected cows, bulls, oxen and other king of cattle, one can find the bile-stones with different chemical composition: bilirubine stones (pigment), cholestirine and mixed-type (calcareous) stones, as well as toxic wastes. This is unique phenomenon. The stones can be found out of one of the infected animal among 500-600 specimen. We purchase only dried stones, without any traces of mold or decay, bilirubine bile stones, of cattle and horses. We don't purchase any cholesterine stones out of liver, or out of any other inner organs (nephrolith, gastric etc.), neither stones, belonging to any other domestic animals (pigs muttone, etc.), different pipes (biliary tracts), any stones, taken from the human organs, as well as stones, artificially pressed from the sand. The world technology of the bile stone processing, comprises the sophisticated laboratory process, including the chemical reactive solutions proccess. 1. The stones are being extracted from the gall bludder and then dried without washing them. The content of the bile bladder is turned down and filtered through the dense sieve girdle, pouring down the bile and sorting out the small stones. After finishing the bile pouring down process, the stones are thoroughly cleaned from the dirt and from the blood clots, if it is necessary, and they are placed for drying-up process.

2. The drying process of stones is performed within the well-ventilated (to prevent the raw-material from the mould), darkened, light-protected place (sun-shine, day-light or electric). The stone lay-out surface must be sticky-proof, and damp-condensation proof. Usually we use the glass, disk, polyethelene film or gauge, inframed. For better and integral drying, the stones should be periodically shifted over. The bile stones drying-up time depends on their size, from one week, for smaller ones, up to 2-3 weeks, for middle and large. The drying process air temperature is kept within 18-20 C. If the temperature is above 25 C the stones may lose their valuable qualities or they may be cracked or crushed into pieces.

3. The dried-up bile stones, gains the characteristic auborn-orange, light-hazel, brown, or auburn color. They comprise the fragile composition, consisting of bedded formations (that can be cleary seen on the stone chip). The stones shape is oval, egg-shaped, sometime-tetrahedron, pyramides or cubes. The dry stones surface-is rough or opaque, sometime covered with glamour thin film layer, beyond which you can find auburn-hazel stone mass. The whole stones sizes are within 10 to 50-70 mm. The destinctive features of billirubine bile stones, taken from cholestirine or any other (non-purchased) stones' ranges: fragility, while tapping upon the dry billirubine stone or tapping the stone on wooden panel it produces dull sound, meanwhile all other bile stones, dense, solid, firm-produce light sound. While working with dry billirubine bile stones, the fingers are turning yellow. While storing the stones inside the vessel, its walls are also requiring the special light-auburn color.

4. You must store the bile stones within the dry an dark place at room's temperature, damp-proof. You'd better use glass or plastic jar, with sealed cap. You must protect them from moisture or wetting, because they could catch mould and finally lose all qualities. It's forbidden to store the raw-material inside the fridge!

5. The ready-made product transportation should be safe from any damage. The bile stones in overall package, shouldn't touch each other, so You must wrap every single stone up into soft-tissue (napkin), lay them out, feather the stone rows with soft cotton cloth (gauge) or soft tissue. It's forbidden to wrap stones up into the cotton wool. While posting the stones as registered mail or parcels, the bile stones, must be carefully packaged and sealed laterally from both sides from the botton and beyond the box's cover with the soft package material. The mail-box must be shock-proof, and solid. The package goods must not be inflicted to the prolonged temperature impact below -20 C and above +30 C.

The most valuable bile stones are considered to be integral big stones of auburn-orange color, without any chips or crack having bedden formations, looking like stump lateral rings of the cut-down tree. The least valuable are the billirubine stones chips, as well as stones, formed from the plentitude of small pressed powder/balls (powdered bile stones).

GRADE I: the whole bile stones within 30mm, without any chips or cracks.

GRADE II: the whole bile stones within 10 to 30mm, without any chips or cracks.

GRADE III: bile stones chips, with deep cracks, split stones, chips beyond 10mm (stone waste).

GRADE IV: bile stones splits between 5-10mm (stone waste).

DOWN GRADE - bile stones "sand" (small chips beyond 5mm).

        The quality Certificate for all sorts of bile stones are not required.
